  • Decrease rates by up to 36 bps for properties with fewer than 50
    units, affordable housing and mobile home park.
  • Loans above $10 million may qualify for a pricing waiver up to
    25 bps.
  • Rates quoted assume most attractive rates available and
    assume: excellent property quality, strong sponsorship, experienced
    management and strong market conditions/major MSA.
  • Non-recourse.
  • Interest only available.
  • Open for prepayment with no penalty during
    last 3 months of the fixed term.
  • Interest calculated on Actual/360 basis.
  • Rates are for conventional apartments only. Contact Capital Assets, Inc for
    Affordable, Student, Seniors, Manufactured and Military Housing
